Klee Prim: Human Capital Development & Relations Klee received her Bachelors degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Human Resources. She also holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certificate and is an active member with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Born and raised in California, Klee loves warm weather and Bikram yoga. She likes to watch YouTube videos and romantic comedies. She will never turn down ice cream. Her most recent awesome discovery is the Star Wars saga and Family Guy. Yes, she finally discovered this…as her boyfriend would call this discovery a “disimproudment” moment. (You can look up “disimproudment” on UrbanDictionary.com) Seema Shariat: VP of Marketing Seema is a graduate of Marketing at New York University. She also studied Creative Writing at Florida State University. She’s online more often than she isn’t…and enjoys reading about topics such as space, theoretical physics, and transhumanism. She listens to music for the majority of her day– where there’s Seema, there’s music. And most likely Kraftwerk.TLB Ninjas’ mission is to empower companies of all sizes by building customized, fully automated infrastructures to increase productivity, reliability, availability and performance.
Sahil R. Cooner: Chief Technical Officer
Cooner is CTO and co-founder of TLB Ninjas. He brings over 10 years of experience in a broad range of developer platforms, software services, corporate and private automation, as well as production infrastructures. He previously served as Lead DevOps Engineer at Mixbook, Senior Software Engineer at Yammer, and Linux Systems Administrator III at Rackspace Cloud.Sahil’s background includes a variety of open source and enterprise tools and platforms such as Chef, CFEngine, Firefly, and Puppet. He is an official Chef contributor and has 5+ years of experience building infrastructures at Rackspace, Yammer and Mixbook.
Jason Thigpen: Chief Operating Officer
Jason is the COO and co-founder of TLB Ninjas. He has worked as the Lead Architect and Engineer on a continuous integration project for Intuit. He has also served Florida State University as the Systems Engineer for the Program in Neuroscience where he developed system software and web applications while also managing a team of IT professionals. He is proficient in a wide range of programming languages, but has a particular passion for Go.Jason is responsible for large production infrastructures, bringing over 11 years of experience with software automation and configuration management.
Klee joins TLB Ninjas with 8+ years of Human Resources experience. Her special ninja skills include HR program development, strategic planning, employee relations, recruiting and on-boarding. Klee successfully built entire HR department for the largest petroleum trucking company in California. She then joined a start-up in San Jose, where she built the foundation for the company’s HR department. She wore many different hats; from coordinating events to recruiting to employee benefits.
Seema is VP of Marketing at TLB Ninjas. Prior to joining Ninjas, she worked as Digital Marketing Analyst for Imagemme, a leading Brand and Marketing firm. She has experience in marketing and communications across a wide range of clientele including Supersmile, MDSolarSciences, teNeues Publishing and VICE magazine.
